• Collaborate with bar and kitchen teams to maintain seamless, à-la-minute sharing-style service.

• Proven experience in Fine Dining Service.
• Strong Guest Interaction skills with an energetic and professional demeanor.
• Previous hospitality experience within the Dubai market is essential.

• Passion for French Mediterranean cuisine and culture.

• Consistent delivery of high-quality, 'Riviera-style' guest experiences.
