Marketing Specialist - Le Café LPM

As the Marketing Specialist for Le Café LPM, you are the heartbeat of our brand on the ground. Your mission is to make things happen—transforming marketing strategies into magnetic on-site activations and visually refined content. You will act as the 'face' of Le Café at events, connecting personally with VIPs and ensuring our community feels the authentic, unpretentious charm of the South of France.

• Execute ground-level marketing plans, staying ahead of luxury hospitality trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Serve as the lead Brand Ambassador during in-café events, representing our values and building personal connections with VIP guests.
• Brief, create, and coordinate high-end visual content that aligns with our 'less is more' aesthetic and cheeky brand tone.
• Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling, community engagement, and growth strategies.
• Organize and execute magnetic café events, campaigns, and local activations from concept to completion.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Operations Manager and external partners while maintaining strict budget compliance.

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
• Proven track record in content creation, digital campaign execution, and social media management.
• Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency with a witty, sophisticated tone.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, people-facing environment.

• Prior operational experience as a Host or Waiter/Server is highly valued.
• Existing network within the Dubai lifestyle and media landscape.
• Experience working with professional photographers and creative agencies.

• Growth in social media community engagement and brand sentiment.
• Seamless execution of in-café events with measurable guest attendance and VIP satisfaction.
• Consistent delivery of high-quality content that meets brand aesthetic guidelines.
