As our Marketing Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of Le Café LPM’s digital and local presence in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Brand Operations Manager, you will execute high-impact campaigns that reflect our core values: Fresh, Simple, True, Sharing, and Playful. - Manage and grow our social media accounts through strategic scheduling, posting, and real-time engagement.
- Coordinate and support content creation by assisting with photo/video shoots and writing refined, on-brand captions.
- Act as the voice of the brand in the community, managing interactions and fostering genuine relationships with our guests.
- Execute and support in-café activations and marketing events to drive footfall and brand awareness.
- Support the Brand & Marketing team in daily execution, ensuring all touchpoints reflect our 'less is more' philosophy.
- Collaborate with external photographers and internal cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity.
- Previous experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury marketing.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital community engagement.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation (photography support, copywriting, or video direction).
- Professional proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of other European languages.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-style or high-growth environment.
- Increase in social media engagement and community growth rates.
- Successful execution of monthly in-café activations.
- Maintenance of a consistent and high-quality brand voice across all digital channels.
