Senior Business Development Manager – Energy & Nuclear

About the Role

Are you ready to power the future of energy? Join us to secure long-term service agreements with global nuclear giants like EDF and Westinghouse. In this high-autonomy role, you will be the commercial engine behind our expansion, turning technical potential into market-leading success.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the global nuclear energy sector.
  • Manage and expand strategic relationships with key accounts including EDF, Framatome, Orano, and Westinghouse.
  • Lead complex technical and commercial negotiations for long-cycle engineering service contracts.
  • Monitor regulatory and technological trends to adapt the commercial strategy and stay ahead of the market.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams for technical bid preparation and legal teams for contract reviews.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in Business Development within the Energy or Heavy Industry sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the nuclear facility lifecycle and safety regulations.
  • Native or professional fluency in both English and French.
  • Strong ability to close complex, multi-million euro deals with long sales cycles.
  • Current residency in or willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Established network within the European nuclear supply chain.
  • Knowledge of decommissioning and waste management markets.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
Success Metrics
  • Total value of strategic contracts secured within the first 12 months.
  • Expansion of revenue share within Tier-1 accounts.
  • Efficiency of technical bid-to-contract conversion process.
