Investment Analyst / Scout

As our Investment Analyst / Scout, you will be the driving force behind identifying, evaluating, and executing high-conviction pre-seed and seed stage investments. • Proactively source high-potential startups through network expansion, industry events, and outbound hunting.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including commercial analysis, founder assessment, and cap table modeling.
• Synthesize complex data into crisp investment memos and industry deep-dives for the Investment Committee.
• Evaluate target companies for effective integration of AI agents and agentic infrastructure to scale operations and boost productivity.
• Support portfolio companies post-investment and manage the natural deal flow of the firm.
• Continuously refine and iterate on the firm's investment grid and evaluation frameworks.
