Strategy and Venture Capital Executive

As a Senior Strategy and Venture Capital Executive, you will shape the future of Al Faisaliah Group by leading strategic investment initiatives and managing a diverse VC portfolio. This role is designed for a visionary leader ready to drive long-term value creation and execute high-impact deals that resonate within the Saudi Arabian investment landscape. • Identify and evaluate high-potential venture capital and strategic investment opportunities within the Saudi market.
• Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, including advanced financial modeling and valuation for potential deals.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to portfolio companies to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
• Execute sophisticated exit strategies, including leading strategic investments through the IPO process.
• Collaborate with the executive team to refine and enhance the Group's long-term investment strategy.
• Maintain consultative communication with the Investment Committee, Portfolio CEOs, and Internal Legal & Finance teams.

• Significant experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity.
• Expert-level skills in Financial Modeling and Business Valuation.
• Proven track record in Strategic Business Planning.
• Direct experience in executing M&A transactions and IPOs.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian investment landscape and regulatory environment.

• Experience operating in a fast-paced, meeting-heavy corporate environment.
• Strong network within the Saudi startup and corporate ecosystem.

• Successful execution of high-impact strategic investments.
• Portfolio performance meeting or exceeding defined growth targets.
• Seamless execution of exit strategies and IPOs.
• Contribution to the overall scaling of the Group's investment reach.
