Procurement Manager Le Cafe LPM Al Khobar KSA

Lead the procurement heartbeat of Le Café LPM by managing end-to-end purchasing and supply chain reliability. You will ensure our 'Less is More' philosophy is backed by meticulous documentation and a 'Trust but Check' approach to keep operations seamless.

• Manage end-to-end purchasing cycles, from preparing requests to proactively tracking deliveries.
• Maintain an organized and accurate filing system for all invoices, credit notes, and delivery records.
• Monitor stock counts and consumption patterns to identify reorder points before shortages occur.
• Utilize SUPY and Excel to maintain clean, real-time procurement data.
• Oversee quality control and pricing accuracy while ensuring FIFO compliance and proper storage labeling.
• Lead and mentor the Receiving Clerk to ensure all incoming goods meet LPM standards.

• Proven experience in Purchasing & Procurement within the Hospitality or F&B industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing supplier invoicing and order cycles.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, specifically SUPY.
• Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• A 'Trust but Check' mindset with high attention to detail.
