Commis Waiter (LPM-sur-Mer)

Join the opening team of LPM-sur-Mer as a Commis Waiter and play a vital role in delivering our signature French Riviera experience. This is a high-impact, entry-level position where you will support a large, energetic front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction in a premium beach setting.

• Run food from the kitchen to tables with speed, accuracy, and poise
• Efficiently clear and reset tables between courses and covers to maintain service flow
• Support Waiters and Chefs de Rang in all aspects of service delivery
• Maintain, stock, and clean service stations before and during shifts
• Execute venue setup and breakdown according to strict hygiene and brand standards
• Ensure the pass remains organized and communicate effectively with the kitchen team

• High level of physical stamina to manage long shifts in an outdoor beach environment
• Proficiency in English to understand instructions and provide basic guest assistance
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to remain calm under high-volume pressure
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Reliability and a commitment to professional service standards

• Previous experience in a premium restaurant or beach club environment
• Multi-lingual skills, specifically French, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic
• Immediate availability or a short notice period

• Accuracy and speed of food delivery from pass to table
• Efficiency in table turnaround times during peak service
• Consistently high standards of station cleanliness and organization

There is the possibility of getting live out allowance if needed. Language allowance of AED 300 for Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or French speakers. Service charge is approximately AED 1,300 per month. Monthly tips are additional.
