• Oversee and strategically manage all Human Resources functions for our Flavors & Fragrances division, supporting a workforce of 750 employees.
• Provide expert HR counsel and strategic support to senior leadership and directors, guiding them on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Drive the implementation of corporate HR strategies, policies, and best practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of three HR professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring operational excellence.
• Champion the company's values and mission, ensuring they are reflected in HR initiatives and employee experiences.

• Extensive experience in comprehensive HR management, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment strategies and talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing HR teams.
• Significant industry experience within the Flavors and Fragrances sector.
• A deep understanding of French labor laws and regulations.
