• Plan and execute a dynamic and varied daily curriculum for young children, fostering a love for learning.
• Cultivate strong, productive relationships with children and their families, acting as a primary point of contact for Blossom's educational excellence.
• Demonstrate both independent initiative and collaborative spirit within a team of over 700 experts across the Babilou Family network.
• Consistently apply in-depth knowledge of Early Childhood Development and EYFS principles to guide children's growth and learning.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Early Years Practitioner.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, OR a Bachelor's Degree combined with a Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education.
• MOFA attested qualifications (Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation).
• Demonstrable expertise in EYFS curriculum and Early Childhood Development methodologies.
• Due to specific Ministry requirements for this role in the UAE, we are only able to consider female candidates.
