• Develop and implement MeDirect Bank's comprehensive ESG strategy, integrating sustainability across all banking and investment products and services.
• Ensure MeDirect Bank's full compliance with all relevant Maltese and EU ESG regulations and reporting frameworks, including CSRD and Pillar 3.
• Lead initiatives to measure and reduce the bank's environmental footprint, including carbon emissions, and foster a culture of sustainability internally.
• Implement robust sustainability risk management frameworks across all business operations.

• Deep expertise in ESG regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, Pillar 3 disclosures).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies within the financial sector.
• Strong analytical skills for emissions calculation, impact assessment, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities to drive awareness and new initiatives.
