About the Role

Join a high-growth retail tech leader as a Senior Customer Success Manager. You will empower major retailers to master our 'Retail Intelligence' tools, transforming complex market data into strategic network performance and expansion plans.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client onboarding and provide expert training on Retail Int. solutions.
  • Orchestrate regular business reviews and performance reporting to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Perform advanced strategic analyses (expansion planning, network performance) to drive client ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and the integration of new services into client accounts.
  • Oversee administrative and operational account management, including data validation and billing.
Requirements
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for complex data analysis and storytelling.
  • Solid background in the Retail industry (Operations, Management Control, or Coordination).
  • Full professional fluency in English (indispensable for our international expansion).
  • Strong capacity for rigorous analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
Success Metrics
  • Client retention and long-term loyalty rates.
  • Successful tool adoption and user engagement metrics across client portfolios.
  • Identification and conversion of upsell and expansion opportunities.
