Customer Solution Engineer

This role offers the unique opportunity to lead technical solutioning for complex managed services, ensuring agility and reliability in every link.

• Design and plan satellite-related managed services and infrastructure projects, including uplink/downlink, antenna installations, and RF upgrades.
• Lead IF/baseband integrations and coordinate technical deliverables across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Engage directly with customers to develop tailored technical solutions that align with specific business requirements.
• Interpret and perform rigorous link budget analysis to accurately design and size satellite-related services.
• Prepare comprehensive cost models and engineering estimates (CAPEX/OPEX) for teleport and managed services projects using Excel.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, Method of Procedure (MoP) documents, and oversee the final commissioning of satellite services.

• Proven experience in satellite teleport services and ground segment equipment.
• Expertise in link budget analysis and satellite communication topologies.
• Strong technical knowledge of RF, IF, and baseband equipment, including up/down converters, HPAs, LNAs, and modems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project estimation and cost modeling using Excel.
• Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with GEO, MEO, and LEO satellite networks.
• Familiarity with major VSAT platforms such as iDirect, Newtec, Comtech, or Gilat.
• Experience in ground segment integration for both data and video services.

• Accuracy and competitiveness of engineering cost models and CAPEX/OPEX estimates.
• Seamless commissioning of satellite services meeting all customer technical specifications.
• Timely delivery of high-quality technical proposals and MoP documentation.
