This role exists to be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience, and transforming the traditional hostess role into a specialized, experience-driven path within specialty coffee.

• Warmly welcome guests, guide them through seating options, and optimize table allocation.
• Initiate authentic conversations with guests, ensuring they feel valued and connected.
• Share the mission and fundamentals of Roasters Specialty Coffee House, introducing guests to the craft and culture of specialty coffee.
• Offer a complimentary cold brew tasting to create a memorable first impression and spark curiosity.
• Encourage guests to explore new brews, origin stories, and specialty drinks, subtly upselling while enhancing their journey.

• Very good English language proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in customer relationship management or customer-facing roles
• Experience in retail
• Engaging and positive communication style

• Additional languages
• Curiosity and passion for learning about specialty coffee
• Culturally aware, experienced in interacting with diverse cultures

• Achieve high guest satisfaction scores and positive feedback for initial interactions.
