• Act as a high-profile ambassador, evangelizing the 'recruitment of tomorrow' within the GCC service industry (Hospitality, F&B, Retail)
• Engage in deep, diagnostic conversations with HR leaders to articulate the shortcomings of current recruitment models
• Represent Aikho as a visionary peer who genuinely understands and addresses the real-world challenges faced by modern recruiters
• Foster and grow a community of influential HR leaders committed to restoring authenticity and removing friction from the hiring process
• Drive the adoption of a more human hiring experience, prioritizing candidate voice and freedom throughout the recruitment journey

• Currently working in or coming from the HR world (HR professional, Recruitment expert)
• Deeply convinced that Aikho is the solution to revolutionize recruitment and human connection, acting as a 'convinced user'
• Extensive network within GCC Hospitality, F&B, Retail, Oil & Gas, or Aviation sectors
• Proven ability to sell and explain complex value propositions simply and effectively
• Ability to articulate why the GCC recruitment market is 'broken' and how Aikho provides the solution
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong connectivity with multicultural communities
• Unshakeable motivation, high autonomy, and conviction in Aikho's mission
• Solid technical knowledge of recruitment ecosystems in the GCC (ATS, sourcing tools, recruitment costs, process optimization) to challenge and guide peers

• Experience using modern HR tech tools
• Existing relationships with HR directors in the GCC zone
• Proficiency in Arabic language skills
