• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional table service that reflects the quality and energy of Le Café LPM.
• Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipating their needs proactively to create a memorable dining experience.
• Communicate menu knowledge confidently, explaining our 'Fresh, Simple, and True' culinary philosophy.
• Support the wider team and coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure a seamless service flow.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high standards of order accuracy and table presentation.
• Maintain the ambiance by ensuring the dining room remains uncomplicated, harmonious, and always 'just right'.
