- Resolve guest enquiries with clarity and grace, ensuring a seamless transition from dining to departure.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and elegant work area at the payment counter in alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Proven experience in POS operations and payment processing within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in manual cash handling and financial reconciliation.
- Professional communication skills with a focus on guest service excellence.
- Strong attention to detail regarding financial records and documentation.

- Previous experience in a luxury or premium café/restaurant setting in Dubai.
