Sales Advisor Fujairah Arabic Speaking

To drive sales, ensure exceptional customer experience, and contribute to store operational efficiency in a retail eyewear environment.

• Utilize store resources to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets (ATV, Conversion, UPT).
• Provide exceptional customer service following the Eyewa GUEST EXPERIENCE standards.
• Execute and maintain the store's visual merchandising standards based on brand guidelines.
• Manage cash register transactions, stock delivery, and inventory procedures efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and maintain effective customer data management.

• 2-3 years experience in a Retail, Customer Service, or Hospitality environment.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written).
• Flexibility to work shifts and retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to execute store operations, focusing on selected functional areas.
• Confident communicator who excels in verbal communication.
• An enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Confidence in abilities to take responsibility for the floor in the absence of a supervisor or manager.

• Enjoys training new employees and assisting with store onboarding and inductions.
• Collaborative, productive, and respectful towards fellow team members.
