Based in Dubai, you will travel frequently worldwide to support the opening of new venues, upholding the highest standards of cuisine and operational excellence. • Conduct comprehensive training for new kitchen staff on international culinary standards and advanced Italian techniques.
• Provide on-site operational support during international venue openings, ensuring seamless transitions and readiness.
• Uphold and enforce rigorous standards for food quality, consistency, and kitchen efficiency across all operations.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations in collaboration with the Head Chef during international travel assignments.

• Italian nationality
• Minimum 1 year of continuous employment stability in a culinary role
• Proven experience in high-end or luxury restaurants, or international hotel groups
• Expertise in Italian cuisine and adherence to fine dining standards
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional flexibility and willingness to travel frequently worldwide

• Prior experience in restaurant openings or pre-openings

• Successful and timely launch of new international venues, meeting all operational and culinary benchmarks.
• Consistent maintenance of exceptional food quality and consistency across all international operations.
• Effective training and mentorship of new kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
