• Maintain a meticulously stocked, organized, and ready bar environment before and during service
• Keep the bar area clean, compliant, and presentable to our high standards throughout the shift
• Provide proactive support to bartenders and the wider team to ensure a seamless service flow
• Quickly learn and manage bar products, specialized equipment, and complex setups
• Maintain high physical stamina and a fast service pace from opening to closing

• Fluent in English
• High levels of physical energy and stamina
• Proven reliability and a strong work ethic
• A genuine, demonstrated interest in the bar and hospitality industry

• Prior experience in a bar or high-end hospitality environment
• Proficiency in French
• Knowledge of other European languages

• Consistency in bar readiness and stocking levels
• Feedback from bartenders regarding support efficiency
• Adherence to cleanliness and compliance standards
