KSA Country Manager

Lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of Multilem's KSA Business Unit in Riyadh. This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to drive business development, cultivate key client relationships, and lead a dynamic team, all while making a significant impact on our mission to deliver high-impact exhibitions and strategic live communications across the Kingdom.

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across KSA, leveraging an established network and client portfolio.
• Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities, lead compelling pitches, and secure high-value contracts with corporate and government entities.
• Act as the primary senior client-facing representative, building and nurturing strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in Riyadh.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 5, including a Business Support Manager and 4 Account Managers.
• Oversee and ensure project profitability, strategic contract negotiations, and the highest standards of delivery for all projects within the Saudi market.

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the events, exhibitions, or brand activation industry.
• Demonstrated in-depth experience and proven success within the KSA market, particularly navigating the Riyadh corporate and government landscape.
• Exceptional business development track record in KSA, supported by an existing robust client portfolio.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams, with a minimum of 4-5 direct reports.
• Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in contract management, pricing strategies, and profitability optimization.
• Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills, capable of influencing and closing significant deals.
