About the Role
As a Junior Waiter/Waitress, your mission is to serve our guests quickly and efficiently, ensuring a delightful experience from their arrival to their departure. You will be the face of our establishment, contributing to a professional and welcoming atmosphere while upholding our commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards
- Warmly welcome and seat guests upon arrival
- Accurately take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of tables
- Engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit
- Bid farewell to guests upon departure, inviting them to return
- Proactively upsell menu items and special offers
Requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to Customer Service Excellence
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a Team
- Basic understanding of Food & Beverage operations
- Capacity for Physical Stamina required for a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge about coffee and specialty coffee
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience in Dubai
