Join a high-growth group dedicated to empowering SME leaders. We are looking for a senior professional to industrialize our HR life cycle and manage multi-jurisdictional compliance (France/UAE). - Industrialize the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) for the entire group to ensure scalability.
- Framework and map employment contracts for French and UAE entities, including offshore and freelance partner agreements.
- Manage the full spectrum of UAE-specific legal requirements, including visas, labor contracts, and end-of-service gratuity.
- Serve as the daily HR operational interface for payroll coordination, leave management, and general administration.
- Coordinate relationships with Employers of Record (EOR) and international offshore teams to maintain administrative consistency.
- Deep expertise in UAE Labor Law, including specialized knowledge of visas and gratuity regulations.
- Extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional HR coordination, specifically bridging France and UAE/EOR models.
- Professional bilingualism in both French and English (mandatory).
- Technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Startup or Scale-up environment.
- Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Aikho.
- Ability to implement and lead agile HR processes.
- Operational efficiency in onboarding/offboarding cycle times.
- 100% compliance record across all UAE and French administrative audits.
- Seamless integration of offshore and EOR workflows.
