General Manager - Ras Al Khaimah

Lead the pre-opening and launch of a premier Mediterranean beach club in Ras Al Khaimah. We need a visionary General Manager to transform a unique concept into a thriving, high-volume lifestyle destination through operational excellence and entrepreneurial grit.

• Lead all pre-opening operational readiness initiatives, ensuring a seamless launch of the beach club and restaurant concept.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with a hands-on presence, maintaining premium service standards even during high-volume periods.
• Drive full P&L performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and optimize operational costs.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of loyalty and professional growth in a new location.
• Cultivate guest relations and establish a strong local reputation to position the venue as the premier lifestyle destination in RAK.
• Collaborate with HQ, Marketing, and Events teams to align strategic launch activities with operational capabilities.

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume beach club environment (Mandatory).
• Deep expertise and passion for Mediterranean cuisine and lifestyle concepts.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of successful P&L management.
• Extensive experience within the UAE or GCC hospitality market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in premium or luxury hospitality settings.

• Previous experience managing pre-opening hospitality projects.
• A track record of engaging with VIP guests and managing high-profile relationships.

• Successful pre-opening launch within timelines and budget.
• Attainment of revenue and profitability targets in the first 12 months.
• High guest satisfaction and brand sentiment scores within the local market.
• Team retention and engagement levels in a remote standalone environment.
