Logistics Assistant

As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain by managing complex documentation, orders, and multi-stakeholder communication. • Handle comprehensive Import/Export documentation and Bank documents in strict accordance with Letter of Credit (LC) requirements.
• Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Shipment Advise, and Invoicing for international customers within the ERP system.
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities and schedules with suppliers, customers, and 3PL service providers.
• Prepare detailed purchase/sales summaries and maintain weekly reporting on all pending orders.
• Monitor and update knowledge of local and destination customs regulations to ensure continuous regulatory compliance.

• 2-4 years of professional experience in international logistics and supply chain management.
• Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting.
• Hands-on experience operating with Oracle-based ERP systems.
• Deep understanding of Import/Export documentation and Letter of Credit (LC) procedures.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and efficiency in documentation handling.

• Prior experience working within a fast-paced trading environment.
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics ERP software.

• Achievement of zero discrepancies in Letter of Credit documentation.
• Consistent delivery of weekly order status reports with 100% accuracy.
• Successful coordination of 3PL providers to meet all delivery timelines.
