Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller at ARENGY, you will be the cornerstone of financial integrity and strategic analysis. • Lead financial monitoring through detailed WIP analysis and precise revenue recognition.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Optimize working capital and cash flow by overseeing inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis, including margin, cost, and variance reporting to provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate and prepare annual budgets and forecasts, tracking departmental performance against financial goals.
• Maintain robust internal controls and cost control systems to ensure policy compliance and audit readiness.

• Proven professional experience within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong expertise in Work In Progress (WIP) accounting and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience navigating ERP systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with real-time communication requirements.

• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
• Previous experience within the Aviation or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) industry.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

• Accuracy and timeliness of monthly and annual financial closing cycles.
• Effective reduction in cost variances through proactive monitoring.
• Optimization of inventory turnover and working capital metrics.
