Store Manager - Modena

You will play a pivotal role in our Italian expansion, transforming our mission of democratizing high-perfumery into reality by leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional commercial results starting early July.

• Manage all point-of-sale operations including HR, logistics, and administration
• Drive commercial performance by monitoring and optimizing key KPIs such as CA, average basket, conversion rate, and hourly productivity
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team in alignment with company values and established sales rituals
• Ensure an impeccable brand image through strict adherence to merchandising, cleanliness, and visual standards
• Act as a brand ambassador, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty through expert fragrance advice

• Proven senior experience in retail team management
• Demonstrated expertise within the beauty or cosmetic sector
• Advanced skills in KPI analysis and driving commercial performance
• Fluent in English to coordinate with international stakeholders

• Formal training or certification in aesthetics or beauty therapy

• Achievement of sales targets (CA)
• Growth in average basket size and conversion rates
• Excellence in store visual standards and audit scores
