- Lead and own the full culinary operation, ensuring uncompromising food standards and concept integrity across all locations.
- Scale the culinary concept into new international markets, acting as the key architectural lead for brand development and global consistency.
- Oversee high-volume premium kitchen operations for our all-day dining services, maintaining quality during peak hours.
- Manage the commercial health of the kitchen, including food cost, yield optimization, waste reduction, and strategic procurement.
- Mentor and develop the culinary team, fostering a culture of professionalism and calmness under pressure without the 'drama'.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Executive Chef and development teams to innovate while staying 'Fresh, Simple, and True'.
- Expertise in French Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on ingredient-led simplicity.
- Proven experience managing high-volume, premium kitchen operations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L, food cost, and yield management).
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Mobility and willingness for international travel to support brand scaling.
- Fluency in French is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in other European languages.
- Experience in international brand roll-outs.
- Successful launch and consistency of culinary operations in new international markets.
