Sous Chef Baker - Le Café LPM - Al Khobar

Lead the bakery operations for a high-profile new opening in Al Khobar, focusing on exceptional bread production and independent early-morning execution. As a key leader in our 'Less is More' philosophy, you will ensure the foundation of our menu meets LPM's high standards of Riviera-inspired excellence.

• Independently manage the early morning bake, producing a wide variety of premium artisanal breads and pastries.
• Ensure impeccable product consistency and quality for high-volume all-day dining service in a competitive new development.
• Lead bakery operations solo during early hours, successfully transitioning workflows to the wider brigade as the day progresses.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and organization, reflecting the sophisticated LPM brand.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and FOH teams to ensure the bread program remains a central pillar of the guest experience.

• 7+ years of professional baking experience in premium or high-volume environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef, within a bakery.
• Deep expertise in French and European baking techniques, specifically viennoiserie, sourdough, and laminated doughs.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage high-pressure production schedules during early morning shifts.

• Experience within 5-star hotel bakery production.
• Prior experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and familiarity with local sourcing/logistics.
• Experience in high-volume, all-day dining environments where speed and quality must coexist.

• Consistency of bread and pastry quality as measured by guest feedback and brand standards.
• Efficiency of early morning production and zero-delay transitions to service.
• Waste management and inventory accuracy for the bakery department.
