Senior Fundraising Manager — Tech Startups (Dubai & MENA)

• Manage the full lifecycle of capital raises from preparation to closing, including sophisticated financial modeling and proactive investor outreach.
• Activate and strategically expand a high-level network of VCs, Family Offices, and UHNWIs specifically across MENA and Africa.
• Conduct deep-dive financial analysis of P&L, runway, and critical unit economics (LTV/CAC, Burn Multiple) to expertly justify valuations.
• Expertly navigate the unique commercial codes, cultural nuances, and bureaucratic landscapes inherent in the Dubai, MENA, and African ecosystems.
• Craft compelling investment narratives backed by robust data and cultivate long-term strategic relationships with regional gatekeepers.
• Manage cross-border legal and financial complexities, and coordinate sophisticated due diligence processes during deal structuring and negotiation.

• Proven track record of leveraging a high-level regional investor network (MENA & Africa).
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and expert interpretation of critical KPIs (LTV/CAC, Burn, Runway).
• Mastery of Dubai-specific fundraising cycles and their associated complexities and delays.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic persuasion and navigating regional commercial codes and cultural nuances.
• Extensive experience in cross-border deal execution within the MENA/Africa region.
• In-depth knowledge of the tech startup ecosystem.

• Experience utilizing fundraising platforms such as Pitchbook, CB Insights, or Tracxn.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, or Airtable for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Proven ability to conduct cross-border scalability analysis.
