B-Technician

Join Flow Solutions as a B-Technician to play a critical role in powering the Asian Games 2026. This mid-level position involves the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of temporary power and HVAC systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations for this prestigious international event in Nagoya, Japan.

• Assist the A-Technician (Lead) with the safe installation and commissioning of all temporary power and HVAC equipment on site.
• Perform routine operational checks, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of generators, power distribution, and cooling systems.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and site regulations, reporting any potential hazards or near-misses immediately.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and fault reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure equipment is properly stored and protected.

• Hands-on experience with temporary power systems, including diesel generators, battery storage, LV distribution boards, and cabling.
• Practical knowledge of temporary HVAC systems used in live event environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly during time-critical or live operations.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset, with experience following event-specific safety procedures and standards.
• Experience working on large-scale live events, such as major sports events, festivals, or touring productions.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment checks to ensure continuous, reliable operations.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to lead small task teams under the direction of a Lead Technician.
