Join our hospitality team in Dubai as a Receiving Clerk, where your attention to detail will directly impact our service delivery and operational success. You will be the first point of contact for incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in our supply chain from the moment a delivery arrives.

• Organize and securely store incoming materials and inventory within the designated warehouse areas.
• Receive and verify truck orders against purchase orders and delivery documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Perform rigorous quality and temperature spot-checks on perishable goods to maintain health and safety standards.
• Maintain precise digital and physical records of all purchase orders and proactively resolve any documentation discrepancies.
• Generate routine activity reports and costing summaries for the procurement department.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse staff, procurement teams, and logistics vendors to ensure a seamless supply chain flow.

• Proven experience or training in Inventory Management and Record Keeping.
• Strong understanding of Quality Control procedures and documentation verification.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• High level of reliability and a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hierarchical, sync-heavy team environment.

• Prior experience in a hospitality or food & beverage environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• IT Diploma or relevant technical certification.
• Proficiency in Urdu is a plus.

• 100% accuracy in documentation verification and inventory records.

• Consistent adherence to temperature and quality control protocols for perishables.
