• Engage guests with genuine passion, sharing knowledge of coffee origins and making every visitor feel like a local in our neighbourhood destination.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the bar, floor, and kitchen teams to maintain a high-energy service environment.
• Exercise high autonomy in decision-making to ensure the coffee program consistently meets the LPM standard of excellence.

• Proven experience as a Barista in high-volume, premium environments.
• Expertise in espresso-based beverages and various manual brew methods.
• Advanced milk texturing and latte art skills.
• Deep knowledge of coffee origins and flavor profiles.
• Proficiency in English with the ability to engage guests naturally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time communication environment.

• Proficiency in French is a distinct advantage.
