• Drive the successful execution of key strategic priorities, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring accountability across various departments.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and strategic alignment, offering data-backed recommendations to the CEO.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the CEO and other senior leaders, ensuring strategic coherence.

• Demonstrated expertise in strategy design, development, and flawless execution within complex organizational structures.
• Extensive professional experience in Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with banking back-office operations.
• Exceptional analytical skills, capable of synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional projects to successful completion.
