Technician III – AC & Engines

Step into a pivotal role ensuring the operational readiness of C-295 aircraft. As a Senior Technician III, you will leverage your deep technical expertise in airframe and powerplant systems to conduct complex inspections, analyze system discrepancies, and provide expert-level on-the-job training to our maintenance team.

• Conduct Line and Base Maintenance as well as Back-shop Operations for C-295 Airframe & Powerplant systems.
• Perform complex inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and comprehensive maintenance of aircraft components.
• Analyze and resolve intricate airframe and powerplant system discrepancies or technical findings.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) and mentorship to junior personnel.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management policies while maintaining QC signatory authority.
• Manage team performance, including attendance monitoring and leave planning, reporting directly to the Aircraft Supervisor.

• Technical Engineering Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or Avionics) or Level 7 Certified Technician status.
• Proven experience in the aviation industry, with a minimum of 3 years preferred.
• Documented C295 maintenance task experience within the last 6 to 24 months.
• Qualified and authorized C295 engine operator with current evidence and records.
• Basic English proficiency (IELTS 4.5+ or equivalent) for technical documentation and communication.
• Expertise in interpreting aircraft and component blueprint drawings and schematics.
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis and troubleshooting for complex aircraft systems and engines.

• Experience working within a Military MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facility.
• Prior experience specifically as a Base Maintenance Technician.
• Documented authorization as a qualified Quality Control (QC) Inspector.
• Higher English proficiency levels (IELTS 5.5 - 6.5).

• Consistent delivery of high-quality maintenance tasks with zero safety or compliance incidents.
• Effective knowledge transfer and successful completion of OJT milestones for assigned personnel.
• Accurate and timely diagnosis of system discrepancies to minimize aircraft downtime.
