Senior Commercial Manager

Are you a seasoned commercial leader with a passion for the Sports & Hospitality sector? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Commercial Manager to spearhead growth, acquire key clients, and cultivate lasting relationships for Wicked and the broader GL Group. This is a pivotal role directly impacting our market expansion and profitability through strategic revenue generation and exceptional client engagement.

• Develop and execute a detailed growth strategy and targeted sales campaigns for the Sports & Hospitality sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as the primary commercial representative.
• Formulate compelling pitch documents, proposals, and quotations, securing client sign-off and facilitating contract generation.
• Manage the Profit & Loss statement throughout the entire pitch process and project execution phases.
• Collaborate effectively with design and project management teams to translate client briefs into successful project deliveries.

• 10+ years of experience in the events and sports industry, encompassing both commercial and operational or project management aspects.
• Proven track record of winning high-value contracts and exceeding commercial targets (KPIs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation and presentation.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed, highly flexible, and service-oriented attitude.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
• Valid Driving License.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Arabic).
